You’re likely a fit if your company can say yes to most of the following:

  • Products/services governments buy (e.g., defence, aerospace, infrastructure, ICT/cyber)
  • 2+ years of sales and a plan to expand internationally (or a track record selling abroad)
  • Capacity & financial strength to deliver at government scale
  • Canadian benefit demonstrated (jobs, facilities, R&D/design, Canadian subcontracts)
  • Compliance readiness (export controls, controlled goods, and/or emerging cyber requirements)
  • Willingness to complete due diligence (integrity, technical, managerial, financial assessments)

 Not a fit (for now) if:  

  • Primarily B2C or consumer‑grade offerings not procured by governments. 

  • Unable to demonstrate Canadian benefit (e.g., no Canadian jobs/facilities/R&D) 

  • Early‑stage with no sales history or insufficient capacity/financial strength for government projects
  • Unable to undergo integrity, technical, managerial, financial due diligence
